Castello di Bossi Girolamo 2000
Deep ruby red in color tending toward purple in its youth. The nose is rich in aromas of raspberry jam. Soft and silky on the palate with structure. Wine Spectator Plenty of Merlot character, with plum, blackberry and olive. Full-bodied, with silky tannins and lots of flavor. Best after 2004. Score: 90. —James Suckling, October 15, 2003. |
