The 2018 Chardonnay Luminus is a much smaller production effort and made in a fresher, crisper style. Lots of lemon, orange blossom, spice, and a touch of minerality emerge from the glass, and it's medium-bodied, balanced, and elegant on the palate, with plenty to love. Drink it over the coming 3-4 years.

The 2018 Chardonnay Luminous is a very pretty, understated wine. Light tropical notes, butter, mint, orchard fruit and lemon confit give the 2018 an attractive exotic flair, and yet it remains pretty and very much medium in body. This is an especially brisk style.

Fruity, with freshly cut Golden Delicious apple flavors flanked by butter and pastry accents. Spicy finish. Drink now.

The 2018 Chardonnay Luminus features notions of Golden Delicious apple, fresh pears and lemon meringue pie with hints of honeysuckle, allspice, cedar and beeswax. Medium-bodied, the palate has great freshness and expression with a light kiss of oak complementing the stone fruit characters, finishing on a citrusy note.
