Dark and deep purple wine. Unctuous aromas of cherry, cassis, cedar, blackberry, and slight hints of black pepper. Firm with a deep concentration of flavors. A delicate, silky texture frames soft tannins, which comes at the beginning of their long and pleasant finish.
Pair with oven-roasted lamb, pork, or beef with black pepper sauce and spicy mashed potatoes or spicy sausage with a black olive baguette and Dijon mustard.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva Serie Riberas from Marchigüe, Colchagua, is blended with 3% Carménère and 2.5% Syrah. Aged in casks and foudres, it offers expressive black currant notes with herbal aromas and hints of amaretti and black pepper. The tannins are soft and juicy in texture, enhancing the vibrancy of the fruit and pepper at the back of the mouth.
